Play Book Tag discussion

This was a delight to read. The story is told from the perspective of a lion that lives near the Hollywood sign in a park in LA. He crossed the highway and lives in the wood that are popular with hikers. Few know that he's there but "his people" leave him their leftovers to supplement his diet. The story takes a couple of interesting turns, and I really enjoyed it. It's on the Tournament of Books Shortlist, and it's very short.

I've been eyeing this one.

There really was a mountain lion in that area and I think they might have built an overpass with him/her in mind.
