Can someone please merge the two author profiles? Or delete the second one (the one without the author photo)?

Also, many of my books have new editions (original publishers went bankrupt, I had to republish them with new covers and ISBNS). The new editions that should be merged with the old editions already on my profile are:

Since Librarians cannot merge author profiles when one of them is a GR author, I've sent a request to GR Support for them to merge these profiles. Once that is done, the editions of the books can be combined.

I have already combined the editions of Worldbuilding Through Culture since both were on your profile.

On GR, merge means delete. Combine means linking different editions of a book together.

ETA: the profiles have been merged. The books are combined now.

Hello could the profiles for Pierre Kropotkine and Pyotr Kropotkine be merge together it's the same anarchist author the name is different spelled.

It is much better to start your own thread, rather than adding to someone else's. And please do not post the same request more than once. You've posted it three times.

Author names in a different language/spelling should not be merged. For authors published in multiple languages, the most common English version of their name should be the primary author on all editions. When there is a different version of the author's name on the cover, that name has to be added as a secondary author.

Apart from the French profile that you linked Pierre Kropotkine, at first glance I've found multiple other variants of this author:

and I wouldn't be surprised when there are still others.
This makes it a big project, and not one I'm going to work on.
