He has not grown up, has no business trying to do a hotel deal, and I just did not like him.
Cordie's conflict resolution did not ring very true to me in that setting.


I like that Cordie could look at Walker's plan from the outside, and see the possibilities of fixing the deal.

On the outside looking in, Cordie was able to see what the brothers couldn't...that although Walker went behind his brother's backs, there was a satisfactory way to fix things if they put their heads together. Yes, Walker should have talked with his brothers before making a deal and I think he skirted them because he knew they'd shut him down without considering what he could bring to the table.
