Would you accept "I would hate you" or does it need to be "I hate you" for We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together?

For "Best" or "Day" in title would you accept Days?

Yes, that is fine :)

For 4 word titles, do you include/exclude words like "the" "of"?

"of" would be included, "the", "a" and "an" may be dropped if you want

Can this be considered 4 word? A Nobleman's Guide to Seducing a Scoundrel or is "to" included?

I'd be okay to drop the article but everything else would count as a word so unfortunately, this title has too many words
