First Quarter Trivia Challenge - Naked in Death
Duration: January 1, 2024 - January 31, 2024

How much do you know about the In Death series books? Ready to test your knowledge? Here’s how the challenge works.

• Each quarter we will create a poll for members to vote for their most favorite In Death book. The top three will be used for that quarter’s challenge.
• One book will be featured each month in that quarter with trivia questions created based on the story.
• The trivia challenges will be posted on the first day of each month at 8:00 a.m. EST.
• There are two ways to win. The first one to complete the questions and the person getting the most correct answers will be the winners.
• Winners will receive designated award titles. The one who completes the challenge first will receive the Nadine Furst Ace Reporter award title. The person getting the most questions correct will receive the Eve Dallas Super Cop award title.
• We will maintain a list of the winners throughout the challenge.
• We are using the honor system, counting on you not to look at other members’ answers. We invite you to try and answer the questions from memory but it’s your decision as to whether you reference the book for help.

Why? Several reasons but ultimately because she terminated the guy who killed the child at the beginning of the book. The timing though was intended to throw her off balance in the middle of the investigation.

Don't be too impressed. I listened to the audio right before Thanksgiving. I was doing a trivia challenge with our library group and I thought the book was Naked ID. Once I started listening, I kept going.

I also missed out. For some reason, I didn't receive the quiz on Thursday. The first thing I received - on Friday - was what shows up in the link you posted which gives the questions but already shows winners and the answers at the bottom. I guess it's really no big deal, but it is a bit disappointing to be out of the competition before we even get the questions. For some reason, I seem to get most postings from this group a day late.

Judy, this one was posted in January but it’s not too late for the February trivia game. Also, we include the info in the newsletters. Are you receiving those?

GR has lots of issues these days so you may be experiencing issues with your notifications.

No matter, the trivia challenges are posted at 8:00 am EDT on the first of each month. Make your own personal note to check in at that time.

I do get the newsletter and was a little confused by the fact that it said the February trivia would be on New York to Dallas but it apparently wasn't. I never saw anything that gave the questions until the one you posted with the questions followed by the winners and the answers. I'm not sure what the problem is with receiving everything a day late.

I have so many problems with notifications that I check through all of the groups at least once a week to see what I missed. It is frustrating.

I made an error in the book name! Didn’t realize it until after I’d finalized the newsletter and forgot to change it. Let me reiterate…Portrait in Death is still open!
