Antonio Jurado (antoniotecuenta) | 1 comments Hello, I've been reading fantasy for a short period. I've gone through Sanderson's entire Cosmere and am just starting to read Tolkien. I would appreciate recommendations for must-read books for someone new to the fantasy genre. Essential works that every beginner should read. I would greatly appreciate the information.

P.S.: Please excuse any errors in my message; English is not my native language.

erin ツ | 1 comments Leigh Bardugo is an amazing author if you wouldn’t mind reading some young adult fantasy!

Markus | 20 comments If you want to take a look at some "older" books, look for Riftwar- and Serpent-War Cycle from Raymond E. Feist.

The "Dragonlance-Series" from Margaret Weis & Tracey Hickman brought me to Fantasy back in my youth.

"Longer" series are "Sword of Truth" from Terry Goodkind or "Wheel of Time" from Robert Jordan.
