Have you read any other books by Ali Hazelwood? I've got her new book Check & Mate on my physical tbr but I haven't gotten around to it yet ahaha

Both love theoretically and love hypothesis are supposedly good but idk if I trust these reviews 😅

I’ve been wanting to read love theoretically, apparently it’s about physics which I’m pretty interested in! Check and Mate was ok but deffo heavy on the chess side (which personally I like but you may not) and it honestly did not seem like a ya book even tho it was categorized as one 🤷🏼‍♀️

And by “not YA” do you mean it was for middle grade or new adult?

It was leaning more NA like ali’s usual writing. Honestly didn't really bother me but ive seen some reviews criticizing it.

HOW DID I NOT KNOW ALI’S WRITING WAS SPICY?!??! So all of her books are kinda off the table lolll🥲😅

i was so upset after buying check & mate and then seeing the reviews.. im not a big fan of spice but i thought that the love hypothesis would be a good book 💔

i read love on the brain (by ali hazelwood) and i hated it so yeah, don't think i'll be reading any of her books anytime soon

Definitely a good one is better than the movies took me forever to get my hands on it but reviews are great!! I really enjoyed it very cute romance boy next door trope and enemies to lovers trope kind of.
