I read this book in 2011-2014. It was translated to some of languages from the Balkans (B/H/S). But it was originaly in English.
The plot was about a man that is running away from what is explained to be a "fish" but it is imaginary fish, I believe it is in his head. When it catches him, he loses his memory and finds notes and things from himself in the past to help him with his memory loss.
That is all I know from the plot, if anyone know anything it would be much appreciated.
