Did you read a great book that was published in 2024? Looking for a book recommendation that starts with the letter "X"? Or maybe earned some bragging rights by increasing a goal or finishing a challenge? This is the place to discuss all things challenge related.

Do you have questions about any of the challenges? If you want to know what qualifies, how to do something, etc, please ask your questions here!

No, any book you read can be used to fulfill a challenge prompt. :)

Chena | 3 comments New to this group and to book groups in general! So excited to be here. I just bought Killing the Witches ahead of the July 1 start. I’m really hoping this will help me get back into a more regular rhythm of reading. I’ve struggled a bit the past 6-9 months to stay focused on my booklists. Is readers block a thing?

I think it is, Chena. I know I've had reading slumps many times. So frustrating when you find yourself unable to focus. I hope this helps you!

Kristine | 238 comments Chena~Welcome to the Group. This is the First one I joined 3 years ago and still my favorite. Yes, understand reading slumps. Sometimes, it is b/c I am very busy with other things going on and sometimes just get a little tired of all my books. I usually try and change genres, like if reading lots of Historical Fiction and Heavy Subjects, switch to a Fast Paced Thriller.

The Group Challenges I think are Really Fun. Sometimes, those get me back on track. This year I am slowest on the A-Z Challenge. Usually, most of those I just easily fill up, but notice this year I have over 10 to go. Q, X, and Z always the hardest. If you need any help with anything, just let me know.

Chena | 3 comments Thank you both. I’m going to focus on just reading for the next month and then hope to explore more of the challenges to see where I can fit in. I already appreciate the support!!
