Play Book Tag discussion

Jessica Miller always seemed to be second-best. No matter how hard she tried being the perfect #1 was never in her grasp. Applying to college Jessica knew she would be accepted to Harvard as her grades were certainly good enough (she was salutatorian) and her essay was dynamic. No, denied again. Harvard turned her down but her second choice, Duquette University, accepted her. Jessica was fortunate to meet a great group of 6 friends who she would be close to her entire 4 years at college. Well, except for senior year when one of them was murdered and it was certainly one of them who was the killer.

Homecoming weekend a decade after graduation and Jessica was determined to show the others how far she had come: a prestigious job, a fabulous dress and an attitude that desired envy and admiration from all. Instead the much-anticipated weekend turned into her worst nightmare as the truth of the murder finally came to light.

This is a promising debut from the author. It was creepy and suspenseful throughout. I did not identify the killer and it was a shocking reveal.
