Well written, character packed story set in and around an apartment building -- nicknamed "The Rabbit Hutch" -- in a decaying US midwestern automobile town. At times, infused with a humorist style - think Ali Smith. -- the plot comes full circle by the end even though not all of the plat lines or characters fit completely.
