James Reid of the Patterson Group calls Grace repeatedly wanting her to sell him Glen MacKenna. What were your early thoughts on why he was so persistent and was he ever on your suspect list? Why or why not?

I also suspected him...or rather who ever hired him. It's obvious someone wants the property for development - just a matter of weeding out the red herrings.
