Just to clarify for those of us behind on the terminology, in older terms, you are looking for an MC who is bigender or gender fluid - identifying as both M and F, and who is also bi or pan sexual?

I have a character like that in a fantasy short story "All of Me, With Dragon" that starts my freebie story collection Rainbow Briefs volume 2 although note that, being a short story, they only have a budding romance with a cis woman, no male attraction discussed.
