[March 2024] Spring Clean Your Collection

I actually do like to do some spring cleaning, but it can end up being strung out into the summer. We just did a lot of cleaning because we have relatives coming into town this week.
Looking at my BR schedule, I think these 3 are close to the theme:
A Desolation Called Peace -- re-read the first book for the 3rd time, to finally read this, after a year or 2 of trying to get to it...
The Wandering Inn: Book 11 - The Titan of Baleros -- came out nearly 6 months ago, and finally getting to it... don't like falling behind on this series...
The Malevolent Seven -- been out for a year, and wanted to make time for it, since I first read the blurb...
I don't really do Spring Cleaning... also don't really have much stuff that needs cleaning... other than my junk table with old bills and receipts and stuff... I clean that up a few times a year...

I'm reading The Malevolent Seven for book club this month.

All my books for the challenge are BRs in-group... the Malevolent Seven BR is scheduled for March 27th, if you want to chime in (assume your Book Club meets before then)... https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
It's the continuation of a Sebastian de Castell BR sequence that started with Greatcoats in September/October/November/December... we're doing Spellslinger afterwards, then Argosi, then Court of Shadows...everything but Malevolent Seven is set in the same world...

Yeah, I'm planning to wait until then before I start Dragonbone Chair.

Ok, I'll probably join the buddy read then.

I love Green Rider and The Naming.
Nirkatze reads alot, so she needs a bit TBR to go with it...
A bunch of that stuff we're already reading later this year, monthly, or next year...
Ninefox Gambit is on my list of series I want to re-read, when there's time to schedule it...

If anyone wants to BR anything on that list that we don't already have BRs set up for you know I'll leap at it...
The end of the month is already here...
I only finished 3 on my list, but I'm happy I at least got around to The God is Not Willing. I originally bought it when it came out, and after seeing some negative reviews, I put it on hold where it started collecting dust on my shelf. It wasn't my favourite Malazan book, but I still really enjoyed it :)

Same... Of my three, one I started in February and one was a BR, so it only felt like I read the one book deliberately for this challenge. I don't have many monthly challenge books set for April or May, so I'm hoping to catch up a bit with March (and hopefully January depending on release dates of new books).

Which physical books do you have on your TBR that you're hoping to tackle this month?
Also, out of curiosity, does anyone actually do a big cleaning of their house at the beginning of spring? I always end up doing it at the beginning of summer and sometime in the transition between fall and winter.
