Butcher & Blackbird discussion

The book club I am apart of read Butcher and Blackbird this month and I am tasked with leading the discussion. I am not great at coming up with questions, so I usually just pull from the internet. However on this book I can't find any. Does anyone have any good discussion questions?

Does your group always read books in a similar genre like Butcher & Blackbird? If not, I'd stick to the general questions like: What did you think? How did you find the relationship between the two main characters as they went from rivals to friends to lovers? What are aspects of dark romance that you like compared to other romance genres? Did this book interest you enough to read other books in this series or other books in this genre? What about this book did you not like? What about this book did you like? How do you feel about large time jumps in stories like this? Do you feel it left out a lot of important development when it came to the relationship between Sloane and Rowan? Even though the main characters were serial killers, did you find still find their backgrounds and stories compelling?

If you do read a lot of dark romance in your book club you could probably still use a few of these questions. :) hope this helps!
