Scotty decides to stay with Sam and Nick. Did you see that coming? What difference do you see him making in their lives?

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I expected him to decide to stay with Nick and Sam. They will be a good family. Sam and Nick both love the boy. He will add another dimension to their lives. Also, I can see his love will lessen the pain if Sam doesn't get pregnant again.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1808 comments Yes, this was not unexpected.
He will provide Nick and Sam with the family they want whether or not Sam becomes pregnant.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments He is already 12 years old and pretty self-sufficient so I don't see that his presence in their home will make much difference. Maybe he will make Sam realize that kids take time and energy, and a family requires time and effort. But, I doubt it. I think Scotty will make a supreme effort not to impact their lives.

Yep, saw this coming and I couldn’t be happier. I wish more prospective parents would consider adopting older children. So many need good parents. Scotty will soften Sam’s edges and make her a great mother. She’ll begin to appreciate having a family in addition to a career. Nick? He’s tailor made for this and will have the family he’s always craved.
