It is a Fantasy/Diesel Punk novel that takes historical cues from the early 1900s and is about the personal journeys of one royal and one revolutionary.
If you think you might be interested I’ll send you the full synopsis.

I’m a book reviewer just like you, but I would like to forward a review opportunity from my author friend, Loris Owen. You can contact her at hello@lorisowen.com
She is currently working on the US edit of her middle-grade literary fiction novel, 'The Ten Riddles of Eartha Quicksmith', published in the UK by Firefly Press. It's clean fiction, is a fantasy action adventure for fans of Artemis Fowl and Harry Potter, and has been described as "Big Hero 6 meets Gravity Falls"!
Puzzles and riddles encourage critical thinking, and teamwork, empathy, family and friendships are important throughout. You can find out more at www.quicksmiths.com.
As she’s self-publishing in the US with no author presence there, and only has a small budget to do this, I'm really keen to help to spread the word to other reviewers!
She can send you a copy of the UK print (whether you are based in the UK or US) any time. The US print version won't be available for another month or so as she is still finalising illustrations and final touches.
If you interested, please email Loris at hello@lorisowen.com! Let her know if you'd like the UK print or prefer to wait for the US print :)
If you are not based in the UK or US, let her know as well. I’m not entirely sure if she ships internationally, but you can always check! Her ebook will be ready to share in a few more weeks as well.

Hi Emily. This sounds really intriguing, I would love to read the synopsis in full and discuss this further. Please feel free to send me a message here or via email - I might be a bit slow for a couple of days (I've been unwell), but I will get back to you ASAP.

Hi Michelle,
Thanks for throwing this in my direction. I'll take a look. Self-publishing can be hard (I've met a couple of authors who've done it and they all say the same thing) so I completely understand the desire to get the word out there!
My name is Meg and I'm an avid reader who loves reviewing books and commenting on those rare gems that can be found. I'm looking for ARCs - I prefer physical books as they are easier on my eyes/I can read easier, but will review ebooks as well if the story is compelling enough. In a good month, I read roughly 5-10 books (I like to take my time).
- I prefer Fantasy, Science Fiction, and Historical Fiction but all genres welcome.
- I review books on Goodreads and Amazon, and will post physical books to Instagram.
- If I have a lot to say (or it's requested), I will also review on Vocal Media.
You can reach me here, on Vocal Media, on Instagram, or via email.

Before contacting me, please note the following guidelines I have for reviews:
- All reviews I provide will be honest - whether I liked the book or not.
- I will review indie authors, self-published authors, and mainstream authors equally.
- I prefer a physical copy of the book (for content and ease of reading).
- You will need to cover the cost of shipping (I am in Canada) but I will cover any duties/taxes incurred after shipping.
- If you have a specific deadline for posting reviews, please let me know up front.
- Please provide a brief synopsis of the story; I will not review a story I don't believe I will be able to finish.
Thank you for understanding and I look forward to reviewing your stories.
