What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

It was a book about teenage girls who were all friends, (possible 3 or 4 girls) set in London and they shopped in Cyberdog at the weekend and one of the girls overheard some girls who were talking about her. She was mixed raced and dating a white guy and she overhears them say "why is he with that zebra". I thought it was Jacqueline Wilson's 'Girls' but I am not so sure. Does anyone know this book?
