Elisabeth (Bets) (livingforjesus) | 1194 comments If you just read a really awesome True History book and you need to tell someone about it, here's the place for that!

Or if you're looking for your next awesome True History read here's where you can ask for recs!

Elisabeth (Bets) (livingforjesus) | 1194 comments One of my personal favorites is The Nazi Hunters by Neal Bascomb.

All of Neal Bascomb's books that I've read have been amazing and super detailed and researched.

Ann Stanley (By "True History" do we mean non-fiction?)

Elisabeth (Bets) (livingforjesus) | 1194 comments That’s what I meant anyways. Like The Hiding Place wouldn’t fall into Historical Fiction. It’s nonfiction/true history.

Ann Stanley Yep ok that makes sense!

Ellie Ann | 28 comments Some of my top ones would be The Hiding Place by Corrie ten Boom, and two that I've read the young readers' editions of and really enjoyed are Hidden Figures and Boys in the Boat. The young reader editions are clean but I don't know about the adult versions:-)

Elisabeth (Bets) (livingforjesus) | 1194 comments I have to read Foxe's Book of Martyrs for school and I'm dreading it. lol. It looks so dense.

Elijah Z. (elijah6734) | 92 comments I'll have to say that your school uses a good curriculum. The book may seem daunting at first, but it's a worthwhile read.

Elisabeth (Bets) (livingforjesus) | 1194 comments I'm actually homeschooled. We used different curriculums but they're all christian

BooksNCrannies (booksncranniesofficial) | 552 comments The Other Side of Infamy: My Journey through Pearl Harbor and the World of War is a really great first-hand account of the 1941 Pearl Harbor attack. Has great Christian themes. I would recommend it to everyone.

Elisabeth (Bets) (livingforjesus) | 1194 comments I've been reading Bomb: The Race to Build—and Steal—the World's Most Dangerous Weapon and it is a super interesting book about the race between America, Russia, and Germany to build the nuclear bomb.
