Gwen seemed to trust Officer Lancel Graham from the onset. When did it become clear to you that her trust was misplaced? Why was she so willing to believe in him?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments I think her trust was in his badge, not him. Connor most defiantly didn't trust him, and I think Gwyn was smart enough to take that into consideration.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I didn't start asking questions about Graham until he offered to give Gwen a ride home. At that point, I knew he was either Mel's contact, or he would be killed by someone trying to abduct her while he was taking her home.

That’s a great point, Anita…the trust being the badge. I found him…smarmy and intrusive. It didn’t feel helpful so I was queasy from the beginning. Because of that, I saw little things from that moment on. When they discovered her kids were gone and the safe room had been compromised, I knew it was him. Remember how he asked all those questions about her security and pushed his way into the house when he returned the phone? That set my teeth on edge.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments Good points, Jonetta. I didn't think about him asking about her security.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments I noticed that Graham was awfully interested in the panic room too. I thought it was strange that he even knew of its' existence.
