The Assassin's Blade discussion

Can some please advise me when to read The assassin blade on the TOG books? Some say not at the begining and some after 2nd book or 3rd book. I just want the best emotional impact, please help.

It gives you more of an appreciation for Celaena and I think it hits a bit more emotionally reading it that way.
