Hi Everyone,

The winner of the April 2024 Book of the Month, for the theme of humour and comedy, is The Adventures of Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain.

I have not read this before, but I read Huckleberry Finn last summer, which seemed to reference characters and events from this novel.



Here is a reading schedule. The page numbers are based off of the Amazon Classics Kindle version, so your version may be different.

Week 1: April 2-9 Chapters 1-9 pp. 1-74
Week 2: April 10-16 Chapters 10-18 pp. 75-136
Week 3: April 17-23 Chapters 19-27 pp. 137-186
Week 4: April 24-30 Chapters 28-35 pp. 186-243

Wait a minute, that sounds familiar! I think I may have actually read this before 30-35 years ago.
