Here is the spot to discuss our April Member's Choice group read.

Please be aware there could be spoilers!

Katy Mann | 41 comments Started this book Monday. Loving it. I like how he shows the two lives separately. Trying to imagine how they will connect.

Carol Brill (goodreadscomuser_carolbrill) This is an amazing story, so well written. Loved the characters and can't wait to discuss. Carol

About three-quarters of the way through. The "good guys" are dying, and the two main characters are getting closer and closer.

Interesting book. Lots on light, vision, sound and senses.

And Jules Vern's 20K Leagues Beneath the Sea...

May have to check that one out.

Carol Brill (goodreadscomuser_carolbrill) Katy, I've never read 20K either.

"Lots on light, vision, sound and senses" I agree, the writing is so lovely and descriptive, one of the many things I loved.
and, I thought the characters were so finely honed. I felt the author really cared about his characters and did a great job revealing them through specific detail so we see their humanity and care deeply, too.
