Play Book Tag discussion

This was a classic quest story, with a very unlikely group of people seeking to save a princess and kingdom from an evil prince.

The princess's sister (now an almost-nun), a dust wife who can control the dead, a disgraced former knight, a fairy godmother who can only give curses, a formerly dead dog made out of wire and bones, and a demon-possessed chicken.

The quest was serious, but the humor and ridiculous situations really made this book shine for me. The ending seemed to hint at a sequel, which I hope the author writes.
