Have you ever been reading a book and thought, "I wish I could talk to someone else who's reading it right now!"?? Well, here's your chance!

Welcome to the 2015 Buddy Reads page. What are buddy reads, you might ask? It's where you and a buddy (or buddies!) read the same book and discuss it as you go. You can decide among yourselves how you want to read/discuss the book (stop at a third of the way through and discuss, discuss as you go using (view spoiler)[spoiler (hide spoiler)] for your comments, or by chapters). It's a great way to make reading even more fun!

Here is the 2015 Buddy Read discussion page. Leave a post with the genres you like to read or which books you have that you want to read soon, and then those who want to read the same book(s) or who enjoy the same genres can ask to buddy read with you.

Once you know who you are buddy reading with, please leave a comment on the sign-up thread with the book title/author, who's going to buddy read said book, and the month in which you plan on reading it (not set in stone, but it's helpful to have a time frame in mind for the BR). ;)

Threads from the previous month(s) will remain in this folder until people are through reading their book(s). Once it is obvious that a discussion thread is finished, it will be moved to the archives.

I've got the Janice Thompson one on my Kindle and can start it whenever. I'm still waiting on Becky's to arrive in the mail.

Starting Janice's book tomorrow or Tuesday works best for me -- which do you prefer?
I'm still waiting on my print copy of Becky's book, too, but I have an e-copy because of a tour date (April 26th!).

I haven't received my influencer copy of A Love Like Ours yet either, but as soon as I get it I would love to join in the buddy read. If that's alright with the two of you. :)

Same here! Are we reading it in halves? Do either of you have a print copy and can tell what halves would be?

I have an ebook copy too. But I would be totally fine with reading the whole book and then discussing if that's what you ladies would like to do! Either way is okay with me!

We could totally do it that way! I have a feeling this might be a "can't put down" book. lol! :D

I loved this series! Terri Blackstock is one of my favorites. Night Light was the first book I read of hers.

I love her. was my first book from hers and since then I'm on a plan to read all her books! Got a few of her series on Kindle bundle specials so they are high on my TBR for 2016

I would like to have a buddy read for They're Rugby Boys, Don't You Know?. Its a nonfiction book about a woman's missionary work to a gang in the Philippines. I'm finding I am really interested in it and it is good reading.
