Addicted to YA discussion

ok, this probably doesnt seem like a bad problem to have but it's really plagueing me. i. cannot. stop. thinking. about. these. books.

how do i freaking move on? i cannot stop thinking about the end of these books and it's becoming really distracting. sorry, but i think i need some help getting over them

(the books are the the way i used to be duology)

but this also just applies to books you can't move on from in general. not necessarily just these books

dw lol i was the same way the only way i got over it was to obsess over another book lol

for me it helps to read a book i obsessed over from a few years ago.
