Turns out Elle paid her bodyguards to kill Willie and she killed Rick for their roles in losing the championship game. Did her motives fit the severity of the crime?

I don't remember, but was there an insurance payout of their deaths? I think she was a cold and mercenary b****.

I didn't like her from the first. No one deserves to die for losing a game.

Elle's motives definitely made sense to her. She was a (formerly) rich, vindictive woman who thought these guys screwed up her plan. She was used to getting her way and wouldn't think twice about having someone killed or killing them herself.

Elle is a sociopath. Killing players because they didn't win a game and led to a financial loss is pure narcissism.
