2017 Reading Challenge discussion

Finished Joyland tonight. About halfway through, I felt it would be a solid 3 stars, but by the end I upped it to 4. The story built up at a steady pace to a surprising emotional conclusion.

This one has intrigued me. It's been ages since I've read any of King's work. This could be the one to grab me back!

I read this a few months ago. It was wonderful. I liked it a lot. It's a classic style mystery but King does a great job in creating his characters with lots of details. It's like being dropped into the 1970s in a carnival.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
