I want to give this book a 3 star, mostly because it wasn't too bad but it wasn't a book you wanted to read happily. I think it was confusing with the characters and who is who and their personality was all over the story. And the end was open and confusing, I had to read it 3 times just to try to understand where the white wolf came from. I liked one character called Arthie, I like her power and the wanting to fix it. But I want to know what happens, so I will wait until book number 2 comes out next year so see what happens.

Similar to Carina was this one okay for me. It wasn't bad, but not amazing either, so 3 stars it is. ⭐⭐⭐
I personally think that I liked the characters and the main plot with the braking in to the Athereum. I was also interested in the idea of the teahouse, that turned into a bloodhouse at night.
One of the biggest problems to me was that it reminded me of another book "Six of crows", so much, that at times it just felt like a worse version of that book, because of the many similarities. I also think that the book spent a lot of time building up to the braking in, but that it maybe was over a bit to quickly.

Although I gave this book 3 starts, I am still interested in reading the second book when it comes out, mostly because of the cliffhanger at the end. I want to find out who the White Wolf is, though my hypothesis is that it is Metteo🧐
