Turn Timing Rule:
🔸Requesting a Roll: Once a team completes their turn, the next team has 6 hours to request a roll. If the turn is completed between 8pm and 8am (in their timezone), the 6-hour timer begins at 8am.
🔸Starting the Turn: After a roll is given, the team has 6 hours to begin their turn. If the roll is given between 8pm and 8am (in their timezone), the 6-hour timer starts at 8am.
🔸Completing the Turn: Once a team begins their turn, they have 24 hours to complete it.
Note: These are deadlines, not requirements. You are free to complete your actions as quickly as you like, provided they stay within the outside time limits.If you need additional time, please see me for additional steps, do not harass another team.

This is directed at everyone, but as Team Boardwalk is the (unfortunate) culprit, I am using them as the example.

If you approach a Railroad, your roll determines your direction. This includes if you land on the space. Team BBB's last turn should have ended on the "Bus Station" space.

But as the instructions were not clear about approaching vs. landing on the space, I'm allowing the turn to stand as is.

I’m confused still. Because it says an even roll you go side to side and an odd roll goes up or down. Both of our rolls were even. Can you help me understand for next time please?

Sure!
So, because you rolled an even number, you would stay at the level you were at (in this case the outside of the board), and not go up to the next level (an odd roll). Does that make sense?

Bourbon to Pennsylvania to Bus Station

If you were on, say... Connecticut and rolled a 4 to Pennsylvania, then rolled a 2, you would end on Baltic.
However, if you were on Connecticut and rolled a 4 to Pennsylvania, then rolled a 3, you would end on either Chance or Hennepin Avenue.
