Play Book Tag discussion

This novel was a new genre for me. I had never read about professional criminals like the main character before. Initially, everything was very confusing with too many places, people, names, and "jobs" to keep track of. I only started enjoying it after the halfway point when things began to fall into place, allowing me to form my own predictions and expectations.

Interestingly, the author made the main heroine quite likeable. Despite her not being the average person from your neighborhood, I could still understand her fears, worries, desires, and dreams. I genuinely cared about her and wanted her to achieve her aspirations.

The last 15% of the book was full of unexpected revelations. I was astonished at how cleverly the author managed to wrap everything up.
