Play Book Tag discussion

I started on audiobook but quickly got impatient as the narrator was super slow; even at 1.25x speed, it felt like less than 1.0x. I switched to ebook and it was much better. While the characters were mostly elderly, I don't think they'd be speaking/thinking that slow seeing as they all so very sprightly themselves.

The Thursday Murder Club has picked another unsolved murder to investigate and this time, it involved some television celebrities and money laundering. Meantime, it seems Elizabeth's past has come back to haunt her yet again. I'm wondering, at the moment, if we'll be resurrecting all of her past lovers? This time around, I'm not too convinced about the resolution of each case.

I guess it's not really their job or anything and more of a hobby but I thought it was interesting that each member of this club appears to have their own perspective on how to approach the investigation and just went on their own merry way to do that without even informing the rest of the team to start with. Still, it made a fun book to read.
