What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

sorry if this isn’t formatted quite right lol. but basically title, i read this a long time ago possibly in 2019 or 2-3 years earlier and i think it was possibly new around that time? the cover had a boy in a raincoat i think and was mainly light blue. the title was pretty short, it might’ve just been the kids name which possibly started with a d but maybe not. the plot as i remember it was this kid has died but couldn’t remember his death which was super unusual so he goes through this machine (?) thing that really hurts to be able to communicate with his twin (?) brother who’s still alive and together they try to solve his murder. i think the kid died/was kidnapped in a theme park and the book involved a trip to some sort of wwii memorial????
