Sharon - This will be my first book by Elly Griffiths. I had a hard time choosing which series to try. I'll let you know what I think.

It's hard keeping up with so many group reads and other commitments. Maybe we should build in a catch-up month occasionally.

I didn't care for the Elly Griffiths book that I read. I didn't like the style at all. I was expecting a police procedural since the series is named after a detective, but the plot seemed to wander. There were sections concerning a ghost, and other parts concerning witchcraft.

You should probably give it a try since I'm very much in the minority with my opinion of this book. Others loved it.

I read Murder at the Royal Albert Hall by Lee Strauss. Best book in the series so far.
