My book Between the Teeth has been frozen as having not met catalogue guidelines.

This may have happened because the first draft was posted online for free years ago, but the book has been published since (the book's page itself has a link to buy it on Amazon), and fulfills all criteria -- could someone please reverse this? The book's only been out since Tuesday, and I've received feedback from several readers who finished the book, went to rate it and instead found the page frozen.

Hi, this is caused by a bug in the automatic import process, marking valid editions as invalid. I've set it back to public, and the warning banner and review restrictions should disappear shortly.

Hello. The book Insta Family - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... - is flagged as not meeting Goodreads catalog guidelines and so it can no longer be rated or reviewed. Why did this happen, though? According to Goodreads Guidelines, the book falls under NONE of the examples of items that do not meet those guidelines. As the author, I would like to understand why the book has been flagged and is no longer allowed to have reviews and ratings posted.

Hi, restored to public, so the warning banner will disappear soon. We in this group are not Goodreads employees, so we don't know why this is happening. The only thing we volunteers can do is to fix it after it has happened.
