What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I’m in a Facebook group and someone was asking if anyone knew what book this was- I’m trying to help them but it also sounds intriguing:




It starts off with the main female character in her house her twin sister visits her for a little bit and then a cop comes looking for her ( the twin sister) because she saw something she wasn't supposed to see and then he thinks the main female character is her but she's trying to prove that it's not so they go on a adventure to find her twin that ran off to prove her innocence and they end up falling in love when the detective was trying to figure out if it actually was her he pulled her shorts down to see a heart tattoo on her butt and she tried to tell him me and my sister both have that The reason they're after her twin sister is because in the place she was working at she saw her boss kill someone and now they're trying to find her and kill her and the detective is trying to find her because they think she killed the girl
