How far along is everyone so far?

Lindsey Flood | 2 comments Just finished!! I actually thought it was a super cute and fun read even though it wasn't my typical book choice. 5 stars!

Definitely not my typically read either, and I ATE IT UP. So good

Egg$Alad | 3 comments I'm a little over half way through. It's not a book I would normally pick up, and it's not my favorite, but it's okay. A few quick biased opinions first; one, when she wrote, "I dipped my mozzarella stick in some ranch" ew. Second, when she said people who eat seeded grapes are sadists, ouchhh damn, I'm offended, I go to food Lion and buy $30 of seeded grapes at a time, they're delicious.
I feel like I would like this book more if it was quicker paced. The same conflicts are happening over and over and the same issues from chapter 1 are the same issues in chapter 25, 'oh no my mom is going to jail for a white collar crime and now I have to live in a much better house and I have friends that are supporting me through it' cry me a riverrrrr. Sorry I'm being mean. I mean it does suck that he has to assume care of his siblings but he's still set up pretty nicely to do so, could be much worse. Emma annoys me in the same sense that she keeps getting upset over her mom but continues to let her mom walk all over her.
But I've got about half the book left so let's see how it ends! This book does put other things for me into perspective. Like it makes me like my other book I'm reading more. It makes me realize the type of affection I want out of a partner, because let me tell you if I had someone doing all the things Justin does I would probably feel suffocated/like he's too clingy and would have broke things off which I know is not the majority of people's thoughts who read this book, I like my partners very emotionally independent lol. but that wouldn't make for a cute love story so

Kacey Faulkner | 1 comments Almost done. Wish they would just make it official so we can all move on. Not my usual read, but I’ve enjoyed it so far- very cute.
