1. Have you ever been a MOD before? ~ Yes, for several groups!
2. Why do you want to be a MOD? ~ I think this role suits me perfectly, and also I love creating content and posting encouraging Christian updates! I think me being a mod can allow more organizational skills to the group, as well as allow uplifting messages reach the hearts of other GR members here in this group
3. How do you think we can make this group better? ~ I think we should do group movies/videos (maybe 1-2 for every two weeks), about fairy tales or Christian-themed, and I think reaching more members and having a strong Christ based message is super important! What’s important to kick start a group, is to have members willing to participate, yes, but also engaging topics like games and challenges!
4. What do you enjoy about this group? ~ I love that it’s Christian, and the writing corner! It’s super fun to incorporate places where writers can share their work and read it as well!! It’s also great to receive feedback, praise and constructive criticism!
5. Is there any way I can be a better Head MOD? ~ I think you’re doing a great job!! Maybe create a poll to see what members would like added to the group that they enjoy from other groups?

7. What do you think you can bring to the table as a MOD? ~ I know some great Christian resources, and can post lots of pins and images as well as broadcast encouraging messages! I can help people create realistic Christian goals, and advise them as a sister in Christ! I can also help people find reading the Bible not a chore but something enjoyable to do, and help the members count go up!!
8. Can you commit to being active? ~ yess def! Im on everyday pretty much!
9. Can you work well with others? ~ of course! I love hearing other people’s thoughts and ideas, and can’t wait to work with you all if I get the position!
10. Is there anything else you would like to say? ~ as a pin addict, I can def help create content! I already have some great ideas! Also, something that reallyyy draws people’s attention to this group is the aesthetic—which may seem trivial, but trust me—it’s worked on a lot of people. It’s nice to see a finished, well written description, and as a mod of f&f and a member of the garden of books club, I have some knowledge which can be helpful!
