When Farnsworth addresses the team about Arnold’s death, he opens it up to the detectives to share openly about their feelings. Gonzo sort of bleeds all over it. Your thoughts about what he did? Was he being selfish or just overwhelmed with guilt and grief?

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1803 comments Poor Gonzo. I really felt for him.
I did not see him as selfish. He felt responsible for his junior partner and while his guilt is misplaced, it is understandable.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments It broke my heart to see Gonzo fall apart and blame himself. He wasn't selfish at all. He couldn't get past the thought that it should have been him.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I didn't think Gonzo was selfish at all. He believes that he should have never told Arnold to take the lead. He is blaming himself for what happened.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments I agree with Sharon, it broke my heart too. His grief and guilt were eating him up.
