Berserk began it's publication in 1989 and ran for 42 volumes until Miura passed away in 2021. There is talks of the series being taken over by Kouji Mori and Studio Gaga. The series has been completely released in English so far by Dark Horse Comics.
There has been several anime and games made based off of Berserk though much of it skips a lot of material.
