Do I have to read dark elements series before storm and fury??? Is it really that big of a deal??

Hi! I read the Storm and Fury trilogy without reading the Dark Elements. I did not even realize there was a series before I started reading. I think reading Dark Elements will help with some background, but overall I did not feel lost and the Storm and Fury books recap anything important you may have missed in Dark Elements series.

Yes, I liked the series, I feel like it was left open for more in the future too, which would be amazing because I loved the characters and the whole world of SAF!
