the demigod's irrational fears - a deep dive

I didn't make this group, I'm just a mod, but I'm also thankful that it's been made<3
So, the irrational fears are inherited from a demigod's godly parent. They are there as a form of "respect" (aka the god's dominance over the child).
The most famous example is Thalia's fear of heights and flying (even though her father is Zeus), however not all of the gods' offspring have these fears as Jason Grace has no problem with heights and he can even fly.
Percy, as a son of Poseidon, is scared of drowning in people's expectation, suffocating in them and he has claustrophobia (though that doesn't seem to bother him in The Battle of the Labyrinth).
Annabeth, as a daughter of Athena, is afraid of failure, spiders (but that's not irrational tbf).
And I'll come back with more examples when I feel better because now I feel worse than ever! Have fun and do not catch the stomach flu, please!
