I haven't managed to read any of the books that I listed in the TBR Thread...but I did read Storm of Locusts, which is a continuation of a dystopian series written by Rebecca Roanhorse. Her stories differ from the usual dystopian darkness with a sense of hope for the future. [Note: one of the MPG is Science Fiction]

I read Transcendental, and gave it 4*. It might even have been 5*, except it too me a long time to get absorbed in in.

I've also been meaning to start the Children of Time series, but found it too slow-going for me. I may try it later with an audiobook.
