Done. The book is under David Duffy on Amazon. You might want to fix that.

Somehow, there's an erroneous duplicate record attributed to another author :https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
My name is David Dufty (with a T), whereas the duplicate is attributed to an author named David Duffy. You can see from the cover art that the book is by me, and that my name is the correct one.
