Absolutely freaking amazing. So well laid out and so well written. I picked this book up because I am a huge Red Dead Redemption 2 fan and I saw Tore C Olsson promoting it on his social media. I preordered it immediately in April and patiently waiting for its release in August. This is worth the wait. I love how he follows the Van Der Linde Gang and the history they come across from beginning to end. Each segment is rich with information and wants the reader to learn more. Tore does an amazing job telling the true history that inspired the game, relating to if it is accurate or not in the game and to the time of 1899. I didn't want to put this book down. I love history, I am a fan of Red Dead Redemption 2, and I am a huge fan of this book. The history mentioned is only the tip of the iceberg. Really so much more can be said and probably would have been said. I still would have loved it. I learned more from this book than from the Nat Geo of the same time. I 100 percent recommend this true perfection of a book. You don't have to be a fan of Red Dead Redemption 2 or gaming. Really the game is only referenced in the book. You just have to be a fan of history and learning. Pick up this true amazing book today. You won't regret it. Especially since I don't give 5 stars easily.
