The Reading Frenzy discussion

It's finally October 🦇 I feel like the rest of the year I'm just waiting for it to be fall again- objectively the best season of the year.. obviously. I've spun the wheel and landed on some really fun prompts this month so let's get right into it!

The Prompts

Spin #1



🍁 For this one think about wallpaper that has a print and it just repeats. That was the Idea behind this one but I'll also accept mirror images or a border with a repeating image. I'm sure there are other styles of covers that will fit this as well but try to find one that fits the original idea if possible!

🍁 the book doesn't have to have been published before you were born although that would certainly guarantee it fits the prompt- it just needs to be set before the year of your birth. It can be 1 year before you were born or it can be hundreds. possibilities are endless for this one.

🍁 "guide" books are all the rage these days. I have a TON of books on my shelf and TBR that fit this prompt. I'd be shocked if there isn't one out there to fit everyone's taste! If you do need a recommendation I'd be happy to help.

🍁 And one of the beloved generator prompts has popped up again! I just find using the various generators such a fun way to pick books!

The only book I finished from this TBR was [book:Forty Autumns: A Family's Story of Courage and Survival on Both Sides of the Berlin Wall, which was a fantastic book to listen to. Honestly, with all of my schoolwork, I'm feeling a bit burnt out on even listening to books right now. With that being said, I do have a paperback that I am very excited to read once the semester is over.

hahahahahhahaahahahahhaah I hate myself, I barely finished ANYTHING in October, my FAVORITE reading month of the year, and not ONE TBR BOOK. I didn't even post them!!! Ok November, I'm getting them ALL!
