This has just been released and I encourage you to check it out. It is about my struggle to dispel the old tapes of believing that I was not good enough, I didn’t matter, and I was unworthy of love. Born into an ultra conservative, fear-based teachings of Christianity, I struggled with the fear of hell and not doing it “right.” It is my journey of redefining my spirituality and coming to terms with my own connection to a higher source.
I wrote this book under my real name rather than my pseudonym, “Isana”
