Not Blackwell basically being a nicer, ghost version of Draco Malfoy.... hahaha

Jenna C | 2 comments not my favorite book honestly...it started off strong giving spicier Caraval vibes, but then the spice just felt to random and then the end was so abrupt. I really wanted to love it, but it just fell short for me =/

Kristi Werner | 1 comments I’ve yet to read Cataval but Phantasma was wonderful. I’m hoping for another book soon.

i'm a little over halfway through and i'm really enjoying it so far! and i agree with you joely about blackwell and draco lol

Elizabeth Hollis | 2 comments a little late but i loved this book, but i'm very easy to please. i liked how digestible and quick it was in between my throne of glass books

i'm slowly making progress. october was HECTIC. i'm about 70% through and am still really enjoying it!

Sarah Moore | 2 comments My thoughts align with Jenna — I felt like they really set this up to be more than it ended up being. Rushed romance, dramatic dialogue, not a fave.

Jackie Garcia | 1 comments Agreed Joely, and I loved him just as much lol I’m 50% through Caraval and can’t wait to keep going. I did absolutely love this book though, I couldn’t put it down. The next one better be just as good.

JessViolet | 3 comments I really liked this book, loved the dark academia vibes

i'm a month late, but i finally caught up on my reviews, which includes my review for phantasma! overall, i think i just wanted more depth from the story than what we got. i also wanted more about the hierarchy of the various supernatural beings and how ophelia's powers fit into that system as a necromancer. overall, i still enjoyed the novel and plan to read the next installment of the wicked games series when it comes out next year!

my full review is here if anyone wants my thoughts *with* spoilers:
