SarahKat | 6219 comments I'm halfway through this book on audio, just about to finish Chapter 12. The audio narration is great!

The character I relate to most is Starr's mother, because I'm a mother probably. (view spoiler)

My favorite parts of this book are the people dealing with grief. It's very real. As I said in the pre-reading thread, I don't like hot topic preachy books so I don't really like all the social commentary. Also, Starr is dealing with some very serious stuff, but she's still a teenage girl, and teenage girls are obnoxious.
