Dylan Offenbach, the S.W.A.T. sharpshooter who was busted when he ditched a conference to be with a secret girlfriend, cold cocked Sam as she was coming into headquarters. She refuses to press charges because she wasn’t charged for punching Ramsey. Right call or is there a distinction?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments I understand why Sam didn't press charges, but there is a difference here. Sam was doing her job and Offenbach was clearly in the wrong and on the Department's dime too.
